ValueAppeal wanted to streamline the process of creating a property tax appeal. The process was confusing and left many users questioning if it was a valid service or scam.

In our redesign we attempted to improve user trust in the system, by showing either a map or street view to prove that we had located the correct home. Showing some data about the home and recent sales in the area as well as breaking down text to consumable bits enhanced user comprehension and increased overall trust of the process.

I spearheaded a project to take the written information on the site and convert it to a "How It Works" page converting many existing pages into one accessible page while keeping as much necessary information as possible but allow users of the system to find information quickly, and reduce incoming customer service calls.
